Welcome to my farm!

Let me introduce myself, I am Charlie owner of Bird on a Branch Farm and Design! I created Bird on a Branch Farm and Design five years ago, when Covid hit. My husband and I bought our property and turned it into our little slice of heaven. We started practicing homesteading and never looked back! Growing up, in a similar environment, in rural Upstate NY, I knew that I had to get back to that place that feels like home within me. I found it here, and that’s what I want to share with others.

We offer a variety of products and services…we sell chicken and quail eggs, as well as fertilized eggs, quail for raising, garden (native pollinator/vegetable/food forest) design and installation, (working directly with owner Josh Wells at Red Oak Permaculture), woodworking items, including everything from planter boxes to chicken coops, and I also teach a variety of woodworking and homesteading classes, to help educate others on how to become more self sufficient and capable. In a time when it feels like the world is being pulled apart, I want to do my best to try to create an environment…an experience that brings us together.
